2 oz FatHouse Flavored Gin
1 oz Cream of Coconut
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Fruitful Fig Liqueur
.25 oz Averna Float (Optional)
Garnish: Mint Sprig Garnish & Grated Nutmeg
Glassware: Double Old Fashioned / Tropical
Method: Crush ice with a lewis bag and mallet. In a glass combine all ingredients. Fill about two thirds of the glass with crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick or barspoon, swizzle to combine. Top with more ice and float Averna on the top of the cocktail. Grate nutmeg over top of the cocktail. Express mint and garnish. Serve and enjoy.
