.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
.25 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
Top with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
Atomized Absinthe
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon & Expressed Mint Sprig
Glassware: Highball/Collins
Method: Line the inside of a highball/collins glass with cucumber ribbons. Add ice spear to glass. Combine gin, vermouth and Chareau in glass. Using a barspoon, quick stir to combine. Top with elderflower tonic. Express mint on the rim of the glass.
