Crystal Kiss

2 oz FatHouse Flavored Gin
½ oz Italicus
¼ oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
¼ oz Raspberry Lactic Simple Syrup*
1 Dash Lavender/Floral Bitters

Garnish: Picked Raspberries
Glassware: Double Old Fashioned

Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice.
Stir to combine. Strain into a double old fashioned

 

*Raspberry Lactic Syrup

200g Sugar
100g Water
100g Raspberries
2g Lactic acid

Method: Muddle the raspberries and mix thoroughly with the sugar. Let sit for 20-30 minutes until the mix becomes thick and syrupy. Add the water and stir until all of the sugar is dissolved. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Add lactic acid and stir. Recipe can be scaled to any volume.
