1½ oz FatHouse Flavored Gin
¾ oz Contratto Bitter
¾ oz Chai Tea-Infused Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Flamed Orange
Glassware: Double Old Fashioned
Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice. Stir to combine. Strain into a double old fashioned over a large cube of ice. Flame orange over top of the cocktail. Discard. Serve and enjoy.
Chai Tea-Infused Vermouth
30g Chai Tea
750ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
Method: Combine 8-10 chai tea bags or 30g of loose leaf chai tea to 750 ML of sweet vermouth. Let infusion combine for 20-30 minutes agitating periodically. Strain infusion through a fine strainer being sure to squeeze out any additional tea from the bags or mixture. Recipe can be scaled to any volume.
